The Nathaniel Foundation is a non-profit organization supporting many U.S. Charities as well as the Performing Arts. The Nathaniel Foundation underwrites events for the community many times throughout the year in the area of classical music concerts by various concert artists and theatre groups at the Nathaniel Center in Kingwood Texas.  The Nathaniel Center is owned by Nathaniel Foundation and has been a major project for the foundation since January 2002.  

The board of directors are a distinctive group of individuals dedicated to philanthropic work in our community and beyond.

Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Insperity Inc.

Mr. Sarvadi, Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of the Company and its subsidiaries, is a Class II director and has been a director since the Company's inception in 1986. He has also served as the Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of the Company since 1989 and as President of the Company from 1989 until August 2003.

He attended Rice University and the University of Houston prior to starting and operating several small companies. Mr. Sarvadi has served as President of the National Association of Professional Employer Organizations ("NAPEO") and was a member of its Board of Directors for five years. In 2001, Mr. Sarvadi was selected as the 2001 National Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year® for service industries. In 2004, he received the Conn Family Distinguished New Venture Leader Award from Mays Business School at Texas A&M University. In 2007, he was inducted into the Texas Business Hall of Fame.

Dr. Victoria Sarvadi

Victoria Sarvadi, THD, graduated from The Center of Biblical Research in Redlands California. She oversees the programming and direction of the Nathaniel Center, a community project of The Nathaniel Foundation in Kingwood Texas.

A Hebraic bible teacher and conference speaker, Dr. Sarvadi specializes in the Jewish Roots of the Christian faith and conducts bible studies and classes in Dallas and Houston.  She received Family Time's Women of Achievement Visionary Award in 2002 and was co-honoree with her husband, Paul for the Defender of Jerusalem Award presented by Moshe Fox, Deputy Israeli Ambassador to the United States,  in the same year.

Management Director, Insperity, Inc.

Mr. Rawson, President of  Insperity Inc. and its subsidiaries, is a Class III director and has been a director of the Company since 1989. He has been President since August 2003. Before being elected President, he served as Executive Vice President of Administration, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of the Company from February 1997 until August 2003.

Prior to that, he served as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of the Company since 1989. Prior to joining the Company in 1989, Mr. Rawson served as a Senior Financial Officer and Controller for several companies in the manufacturing and seismic data processing industries. Mr. Rawson has served the National Association of Professional Employer Organizations ("NAPEO") as President, First Vice President, Second Vice President and Treasurer, as well as Chairman of the Accounting Practices Committee. Mr. Rawson has a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance from the University of Houston.

Michael C. Riddle

Managing Partner, Riddle and Aikens

Michael C. Riddle began his practice of law as a gift and estate tax attorney for the Internal Revenue Service. He graduated from the University of Houston Law School in 1972 and in 1991 became board certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in Estate Planning and Probate.

Mike Riddle has been a guest speaker for the White House Conference on Aging and he spoke before the International Association of Financial Planners in Washington, D.C. He has been a guest speaker for 24 years on Christian radio station KHCB 105.7.

He is the Managing Partner of Riddle & Akiens, LLP and has been practicing law for almost 30 years. He is the Parlamentarian and Chair of the Finance Committee of the Harris County Republican Party.

Mike has three grown children and lives in the Tomball area. He is a member of Champion Forest Baptist Church, where he serves as a Sunday school teacher. Mike is married to Texas State representative Debbie Riddle.

Dawn is retired from Insperity where she designed and implemented their Corporate Community Relations program.

She currently is a community volunteer and serves on the boards of Volunteer Houston, Lake Houston YMCA, Forest Glen Christian Camp, and two private foundations. Recipient of numerous community awards, she is married to Richard G. Rawson and resides in The Woodlands, TX.

Dr. Bron Barkley, M.A, D. Min.

Dr. Barkley received his B.A. And M.A. from Lamar University in 1971 and 1964 respectively. And then his doctorate of Ministry in 2006 from Redlands University.  

He is the founder and director of Evangelistic Pastors Network, Alive Ministries, director of the Office of Evangelism of Shalom Hebraic Christian Congregation and its associated ministries.  

Besides being a talented musician Dr. Barkley is the founder and principle stockholder of Bron Barkley Trading, LLC, a Texas Limited Liability Company (Corporation).
